At Cookouts and Camaraderie, we believe a shared meal can spark connection, restore hope, and remind our nation’s heroes they’re never alone. Our mission is to bring active-duty military members and their families together through heartfelt gatherings, uplifting holiday cookouts, and a strong sense of community—because service deserves more than gratitude; it deserves unity.

What We've Done
In the past year, Cookouts and Camaraderie has provided 750 turkeys, 172 pies, and 54 hams. Support was also offered on base through a variety of separate special events including 4 potlucks, 1 breakfast, 1 field cookout, 2 Christmas parties, and 1 homecoming—supporting over 1,000 active duty service members and their families.

From homecomings to holiday feasts, we offer a range of events to support our military community. Volunteers are needed for event setup/teardown, meal preparation and serving, logistics, packing care kits, event check-ins, and more. Find your perfect role and join us in making a difference!
